Seeking an experienced and self-motivated Sales Executive!
Applicants will need a proven background in a telemarketing, excellent rapport building experience, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Also, the successful candidate must demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills while generating new leads and upselling.
Strong IT skills will also be required to track and analyze potential new business and recent gained sales.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the software industry
- Proficiency in English and Turkish
- Hands-on experience with CRM software
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
You will be responsible from:
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Raising quotations
- Record and confirm customer information by obtaining and entering required data
- Promotion of products, highlighting related items, offering quantity discounts and special deals
- Order processing
- Maintain quality service by following organisation standards
- Building up your own database to cold call
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Prior experience in selling IT software.
- At least three to five years of industry sales experience
- One to three years of management experience
- Strategic leadership ability
