Sales representatives are our main point of contact and our brand ambassador. Our customers are a wide range of companies in several sectors. Workiom is a cloud platform for managing a company’s data and processes. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, product management, and technology teams to conceptualise features and campaigns that will increase usage, traffic, and revenues for the digital channels.


  • Coordinate with Business Intelligence and Customer Acquisition teams in researching and analysing the market and competition data to identify opportunities.
  • Identify, plan, develop & optimise growth channels to drive users or revenue growth.
  • Manage online marketing campaigns, including website landing pages, emailing, social ads, paid search, and keyword search. Leverage 1-1, 1-many, and always-on marketing initiatives to support business objectives.
  • Continuously suggest & test new initiatives to attract and convert leads.
  • Design and establish marketing funnels to generate inbound leads.
  • Suggest essential content preparation to support marketing initiatives.


Bachelor degree

Experience Domain

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B tech marketing, digital marketing or online advertising.
  • Good grasp of growth marketing/lead generation in a start-up environment.
  • Prior experience in developing and implementing growth marketing strategies in a startup environment.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and being able to do end-to-end analysis of funnel and come up with optimising actions.
  • Aim to exceed goals and drives self and others for results.
  • Creative solutions thinker with analytical skills who can drive ReverseAds success and always come up with solutions and bring value-adding ideas.
  • Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritise high-impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
  • Capable of creating essential visual assets. Skills in creative tools such as Adobe Suite or Figma are a big plus.
  • Detail-oriented and flexible.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a can-do attitude.
